1、先將水加熱至60-70℃。

2、將瀝青加熱到130-140℃。

Heat the bitumen to 130-140℃.

3、將稱量好的瀝青乳化劑加入加熱好的水中攪拌均勻;

Mix evenly the scaled emulsifier with heated water.

4、將加熱好的瀝青和乳化劑水溶液同時泵入乳化瀝青生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進行乳化即可。

Pump the heated bitumen and emulsifier aqueous solution into the colloid mill simultaneously emulsified.

5、每生產(chǎn)一噸乳化瀝青加入6-12公斤乳化劑。（按實物量添加）。

Add 6-12 kg emulsifier when producing one ton of emulsified bitumen. (Added by the physical quantity).
